Cellulite Attack Program

This 5 week program will blast the “stuck fat” off those places that just won’t comply to your current exercise and eating efforts. We all have it - men and women - just placed in different locations. It is the most difficult kind of fat deposit to shift which is why I have designed a specific program to address it.
There is an additional bonus to blasting off the fat. Your vital organs: liver, kidney, gall bladder will get the clean out that they need to enable them to function optimally for you.

The following programs are available on-line and are free to all.

B-LINE ABS

This is a pilates exercise to help put those abs back where they should be - close to your spine. If yours are 'out there', you need this one. Great for women firming up those postural muscles after pregnancy.


PELVIC FLOOR

This is great for all women - especially those who have given birth to children.


"THE BRIDGE"

This is a great program for your core muscles. You are advised to start with the B-Line Abs program first before commencing this one.


SWISS BALL 1: ABS

This program builds on the foundation of strength and good posture from the previous abdominal programs. It uses my favourite piece of equipment: the Swiss Ball. Great for increasing your balance and stability.


SWISS BALL 2: WEIGHTS

Take a look at this one. It will transfrom how you think about a gym-type strength workout. Increase your strength and tone your muscles on a Swiss Ball and you will benefit from working your neutralizes and stabilizes as well. Here I give you the whole body workout - with pictures too.
