The Health Recovery Program is a 6 week e-coaching program conducted via email. The program provides participants with an understanding of what constitutes good health and progressively leads them through an intelligent, well balanced process that will get results.

What makes this program different from all the rest?
Helen Hall's approach to health is different from that of most other programs. Helen's focus is health not bodyshape. Following the completion of a simple "health screen", participants receive an individually tailored program that takes into account any existing health challenges and current fitness levels. Participant progress is carefully monitored for the 6 week period and supplemented with daily contact, encouragement and support from Helen Hall.

There is no such thing as a one size fits all health solution - Helen Hall's Health Recovery Program is individually tailored to meet each participant's health needs.

Australians are living longer than ever and to remain healthy and active, good nutrition and a level of fitness are essential. In Australia, one person every ten minutes is diagnosed with diabetes. Overweight and obesity are prevalent in Australia. Some 40% of the adult population are affected and the problem is greater in men. Obesity is a major health issue.

Program Cost and Commencement Dates
The Health Recovery Program costs *$495.00 GST inclusive.
That's about $75 a week.
You would pay that for a massage.

This fee includes daily email contact from your health coach, Helen and your support coach.

*Payment terms can be arranged for approved clients.

The program commences each Monday and is subject to availability. Sometimes enrollees need to be wait listed. I guarantee, however, that the waiting period will be no longer than 2 weeks.
